LUMION:

DETAIL SHOT:

I decided to include this image as the detail shot as it shows a more complex part of the architecture up close, from an angel that you may not usually look from, allowing the audience to visualise the architecture from a different point of view.

HERO SHOT:

I decided to include this image as the hero shot as it shows the main structure of the architecture, as the wooden features are directing your gaze towards the architecture, directing the audience's eyesight to the main elements.

The Stair Assignment

The Stair Concept

These staircases I have created encapsulate ideas taken from the architecture. The first staircase is situated within a tunnel that allows people to venture into the underground, thus the use of concrete allows the entire room to feel dark and mysterious. Furthermore, the second staircase reflects the glass panelling in the front, through the use of transparent materials to create a light calming environment.
